OABR Adapter wiiring diagram and instruction

if you have this OABR mini ADAPTER cable there is simple instructions how to connect it:

you see the 4 pin connector plug that has no wires connected yet. you have to remove 4 pins from quadlock connector and place these

pins to the connector, the OABR adapter has 4 wires that are collor coded for you to make it easy to connect.

the color of wires are:  GREEN, GREEN+ORANGE, RED, RED+BLUE.

we need to take these 4 pins out from Quadlock connector and plug them to his 4 pins plug:

these 4 wires are located in the quadlock connector.

This is sample photo from BMW 3er F30 series, the other cars may have different colors.

I have made color coded cable specially for you. so you can compare wire coming out of OABR plug and going to ADAPER

now you have to have very thin screwdriver, or these tools, they are cheap from Wallmarkt or ALIEXPRESS

First remove BLUE LOCKS from both sides of QUADLOCK connector

Please remove Blue locks from both sides

use small flat screwdriver or one of these instruments.

you will notice these holes on the Quadlock connector

then take the instrument, slim screwdriver  and push it until you will push out the wire you want.

Take out pins one by one and connect to the 4 pin connector:

Until all 4 pins will be at this connector, and please make sure color of pin same

Double check the diagram.

Double check that wire colors mach the position.

after you finish with these 4 pins, do not forget to place BLUE LOCKS back to the QUADLOCK connector.
