hello guys, new post for you. just did upgrade for customer F23 entrynav2 system to EVO Id6 system with touchscreen and carplay. Customer complain that everything work except the gps location is wrong. I know whats the problem. the Entrynav2 system oabr pins are different. so lets do this

the small OABR connector can be used in the EVO ID5/6 systems too  just plug like this:

but before doing that we need to change pin configuration, its very easy if you know how. for this job you only need very small flat screwdriver.

please pay attention at the connector the connector has lock from both sides. you have to insert the screwdriver to the lock and open it like this:

open locks from both sides. please look at the pictures carefully

ok now, when the locks are open, find the wire you want to pull out, and press here with the screwdriver:

while pressing the lock you can easy pull out the wires. DO NOT USE TO MUCH FORCE! it should easy pull out. it you cant do that, means wire is still locked, push the wire again with the screwdriver. DO NOT USE TO MUCH FORCE! do not rip the wire off.

ok when you removed all wires, now please inspect the connector you will see numbers printed on the connector

Numbers are from both sides. so if your car is F20 F21 F23 so the wires should be wired in these slots:

Green wire should be in no2 and the white wire should be in no2

find the pin number location and insert pins one by one, please pay attention the wire lock must be up. look at the pictures again. pul the wire to the end gently until you feel the click. the wire should lock. then do next wire.

in our situation only two wires needed keep the silver wire not connected, isolate it with isolation tape ( this wire is just a shield it does not do anything)

when you installed the wires, please close locks from both sides:

then you finished with the pins, you can install this small oabr connector like in this photo below:

POST SCRIPTUM!!!

if you have the large OABR Connector like this, you can do same procedure:

Insert green wire to pin2. white wire to pin no4 and SILVER or BLACK wire to pin no8
